Sleepy vikings band photo shoot

I recently photographed my friends band. Even though I don't photograph this stuff often I did enjoy doing it. Here are two samples of the images.

my inspiration

comes from many artist, but one in particular is cindy sherman. Although I haven't done much of this...I wanted to make an atempt in recreating something that she did in her "film series" It's not as great as her work, but I was pleased to evoke some emotion to this photograph. It only took one shot and this is it. The title of this photo is called "scared" and i think it reflects who i am inside.

The final road to my camera

So these are my final shots from my camera...after its life ended. I've had this camera for 5 years. I'll have to wait until i get some extra money and buy a new one. These shots were taken at a local bar in my town. Its really hard to take photos in a dark bar...need to get a flash one day...but first i need a camera.

Driving in the late night hours

I love to see the different lights that appear after sundown. I was trying to get the lighting that night..but we were too busy in getting home from our long drive on the turnpike. Here is a collage of our trip back home after midnight.

A rainy day at the coffee shop

This is one of my favorite coffee shops in Orlando. The decor is old and run down..but it adds a nice touch to the feel. When I get bored...I just start taking photos of whats around me. As you can tell i haven't done much concept photography..and more shooting at random things. This really has helped me to improve on composition and better understanding about the enviroment I'm in.

My gf and I had some fun in the photo booth. I want to do a nice collage of us in the photo booth. This is our little attempt in being silly, sexual and cute inside the booth. I love the quality of the photos...they add a nice vintage touch to the images.

The ocean in movement

As i was standing still by the shore...i noticed the sand was shifting into different shapes. I wanted to captured a few series with this..and here is a little sample.

The Flying bird

I've never taken much interest in photographing birds. I was amused this day by this one particular bird. It was flying above us...in a circle...waiting for the right moment to land near us. The skies were crystal blue and the water was warm. These images were not photoshope.

such a quitter

today i woke and i realzied that everything I was trying to do..I failed. not because i wasn't good at it but because I quit at one point due to lack of confidence. Today i struggle with it but in a slighty different way. I recognize it...so i'm tyring to stop my self from quitting.




on another note.....I've been in my own little world once again. photographing birds, trees, silly little things that i feel inspired at the moment.






I also like being the passenger sometimes and having my camera with me...I feel like everytime im in the car i see things different thru the car window. There is beauty in every street corner...and so this is my journey in the passenger seat.

Here is a video project I did for a band called "when the world sleeps" I gathered up a ton of vintage video clips and made a storyline. Its actually hard to make this kind of work....you are basically working with what you got...which means you are limited.
